of any text, term, document, or photo is allowed.  The owners of 
this site intend that it will comply with all local, state, and federal
safety and security requirements to the extent that control of each
item is within our knowledge and ability.  We rely on the hosting
service(s) to secure and encrypt all data which may be of a personal
nature or fall within the legally defined privacy requirements.  No
unauthorized use or modification of any item in/on this site is 
allowed.  Your use of this site is a defacto agreement to these Terms of Use.

PRIVACY:
The importance of protecting your private information is well 
understood and respected.  Unfortunately, the skill of hackers has
proven that no computer system is necessarily 100% secure though
most of us would perfer they were.  We have taken all reasonable
and practical precautions to prevent anyone's personal information
from being compromised.  When you provide us with personal
information, we will never sell it.   We will only use your 
information to provide quotes or actual insurance policies at your
request.   We routinely are required to provide your personal 
information to insurers who run CLUE and Credit Reports as a
part of their underwriting process.  Otherwise, we will not provide
any information from your client files without a Court order by
